Warping

Our Karl Mayer warping machines are engineered for high-performance warp beam production, ensuring uniform yarn arrangements. Operating at speeds up to 1,200 m/min, these machines provide precise yarn alignment, enabling superior fabric quality during weaving.

Sizing

We employ a combination of traditional handlooms and advanced power looms to maintain the perfect balance of artisanal craftsmanship and large-scale efficiency. This ensures high durability, texture consistency, and superior fabric strength.

Weaving

Our TOYOTA airjet weaving machines are built for high-speed, high-quality textile production. These machines integrate advanced weaving technologies, offering garment manufacturers flexibility and precision. With the capability to produce highly complex fabrics, our airjet looms guarantee superior durability and texture consistency.

Inspection

At Ranga Weaves, quality is paramount. Our dedicated Quality Assurance team conducts thorough inspections at every stage of production, from raw material checks to final fabric evaluation. Adhering to the American 4-point system, we ensure international standards of excellence and precision in every meter of fabric produced.

Production Capacity

With a robust infrastructure and advanced machinery, Ranga Weaves operates at an impressive production capacity of 90 million meters per year. Our fleet includes 306 Toyota Airjet Looms, supported by Karl Mayer warping and sizing machines, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Renewable Energy

Ranga Weaves is committed to a cleaner, greener future. Our total installed renewable energy capacity is 18 megawatts, derived from:

  • Wind Energy: 6 MW

  • Solar Energy: 12 MW

By operating on 100% renewable energy, we prevent approximately 33,000 metric tons of CO₂ emissions annually, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable and responsible textile production.
